    Screencasting

    Screencasting is a way you can create a video tutorial of something that you would do on a computer. You can capture (i.e., record) video of the screens that you go through to complete the task and record your voice over the video, giving instructions along the way. You can then post it on your web site or upload it to something like YouTube. Posting to YouTube is super easy, if you haven't tried it yet.
